General information
Registrations
For organisational purposes, we kindly ask you to complete your registration for the Forum in advance. Registration will be considered as completed once the corresponding fee has been received in full.
Documentation
Documentation for the Forum will be handed in on Wednesday, 8 October from 15.00 hours onwards.
Identification
Each attendee will be provided with a personal and non-tyransferable ID badge. Presentation of this badge is mandatory to access the Forum site, to remain on the forum’s grounds, to access the lunch area, to check in for credit allowance, if applicable, and to participate in the social events.
Communications
To be able to present communications the leading author will have to be registered at the Forum. In the event of several communications being presented, any other of the co-authors should also be registered at the Forum.
Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates at the 1st International Forum of Metas will be handed in on 9 October at 18.00 hours. Credit certificates, if applicable, will be forwarded at a later date after attendance assessment.
Language
Spanish will be the official language of the Forum.
Scientific exhibit
Commercial companies and the pharmaceutical industry will have exhibits during the course of the congress. The exhibit will be on display in an area specifically prepared to that end.
Hours:
8 October: 15.00 to 20.00 h.
9 October: 09.00 to 20.30 h.
10 October: 09.00 to 13.00 h.
Coffee Break
Coffees will be served in the exhibition area.
Cocktail dinner
It will take place on Thursday 9 October at 20.30 h.The cost of the Closing Dinner is included in the registration fee.

The Organising Committee urges attendees to respond at their earliest convenience.
