Cancellation norms
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations received before 20th April 2008 will be entitled to reimbursent after a 20% deduction for administrative expenses. Cancellations received after 1st August will not be reimbursed. Substitution of a registered attendee for another attendee will be allowed with no penalisation. The Technical Secretariat shall be informed in advance of any changes in the name of the attendee.
